Pastor Marvin and his wife Dawn joined the staff of HCC in August of 2006. Marvin and Dawn have been married since August of 1989. They have three children, Brittany, Wesley and Christopher. They also have four beautiful grandchildren.

Marvin and Dawn have been in full-time ministry since 1990 and have served in a variety of capacities in Pennsylvania, Oregon, Washington and Florida. Marvin is a graduate from the Master’s Commission in Phoenix AZ and Berean School of the Bible. Dawn serves HCC as the office administrator. Marvin is a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan and loves all foods Italian.

Pastor Kevin is the part-time music minister and outreach director at HCC and joined us in 2009. He and his wife, Janine, were married in February of 2011. Pastor Kevin has a burning desire to see people come to Christ. He is an indispensable member of our leadership team. Janine helps to oversee our Women’s Ministry – “Women of Harvest” and also serves on the worship team.

Kevin is the Lead Chef for C.R. Chicks and has worked at the Breakers of Palm Beach. His cooking is “Slap your Mama good” (with respect of course). He is a Pittsburgh Steelers fan and when not fishing for men you will find him playing pickleball.

Pastor Madie is the part-time children’s and Youth pastor. Madie attended Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida and received bachelor’s degrees in both psychology and ministry. Her creative hands-on approach to teaching lets kids experience the Bible in a unique way. Madie grew up attending Harvest and serving with the children.

Aside from ministry, Madie teaches special needs children in the public school system. She is a versatile musician and an avid Green Bay Packers and Nashville Predators fan. Madie is also an actual shepherd and has a flock of sheep and miniature cattle. She is a dog trainer specializing in herding breads.

Kathy has been a vital part of Harvest Community Church for over thirty years. She serves our “littles” in the pre-school and nursery. Kathy is a full-time ESE teacher for elementary students in the public school system. Her unique gifts allow her to minister to children from a variety of backgrounds and disabilities. “Mrs. Kathy” has a way of drawing children to the heart of God and helping them realize how special that they truly are.
